When we walked into Galaxy Toyota the first time (3 years ago), we immediately clicked with Laura Patton. I had a 2004 Corolla LE that I was planning on hanging onto a little longer, but we needed a second ago), we immediately clicked with Laura Patton. I had a 2004 Corolla LE that I was planning on hanging onto a little longer, but we needed a second car. Laura set us up with a 2010 Toyota Yaris. We returned at the end of January this year (2013) and I was very sure that the only person I wanted to work with was Laura at Galaxy Toyota. We asked for her and I knew the dreaded car buying process would be much less stressful with her assistance! This time, we were looking to trade in the 2004 Corolla and trade the Yaris for 2 new and automatic cars. Not only is Laura extremely friendly and patient, but she really listened to us and our needs and took her time letting us make our decision. We did not feel rushed or pushed into doing anything we didn't want to do. She gave us space and was very informative, giving us details about the various choices we had. I had to leave for work and she even came in the next day - on her day off - to assist us with completing the process! We left with 2 new Scion tcs (a 2012 and a 2013) and we couldn't be happier! We are definitely going to return to Laura for our future car purchases and will be telling others about the great service we received from her! More
