Probably Typical of any Dealership I'm most disappointed at how I was told how much support I'd get if I had any mechanical problems (I paid an extra 5 thousand for alleged support) but I'm most disappointed at how I was told how much support I'd get if I had any mechanical problems (I paid an extra 5 thousand for alleged support) but they didn't even give me a phone number to call if I broke down and was stranded by the side of the road. They even told me to cancel my AAA membership. No thank you very much. Can't trust Toyota. Salesperson Patton was most supportive. Not her fault corporate doesn't support buyers. Their phone system is not quite up to acceptable standards. More

Laura is excellent to buy a car drom I first bought my Camry in 2004 from a different salesperson who is no longer with the dealership. She was excellent too, by the way, Reason I went to Toyota is the Honda dealer up the street ignored me when I walked in to look at cars. Toyota did not. In 2014, when I needed a new car, same situation. Walked in Galaxy and luckily Laura was there. She worked with me to find the car I wanted and the color and features as well. It was an excellent no pressure pleasant experience. I did Trucar, and they matched the price of the lowest of the 3 dealers (who of course was 20 miles from my home vs glaxy 5 miles away) . When my son needed a car, with no hesitation, we went to Galaxy again to Laura and she found him a used 2014 Corolla that he purchased with zero problems or worries. We will be repeat customers, now 2 generations... :) More

Best dealership! We just leased another Avalon with Galaxy. We always have Laura Patton as our salesperson. Wonderful Experience!! I cannot say enough about Galaxy Toyota. The staff at Galaxy was not only attentive, courteous, friendly, they were also very considerate in regards t I cannot say enough about Galaxy Toyota. The staff at Galaxy was not only attentive, courteous, friendly, they were also very considerate in regards to my financial situation and worked very diligently to help me meet my needs in order to complete a deal and walk away with a brand new 2014 Toyota Rav4. My experience was so incredibly wonderful that I went back for a second Rav4 2 weeks later. Laura Patton was extremely sensitive to my situation . She returned my phone calls and stayed in contact with me until a decision was made that met my needs. Nick Salerno was also very kind and was extremely fair and went above and beyond to accommodate me as well. Hyung Yoo was also very kind in helping me make decisions in regards to financing or leasing. I appreciated the time he spent with me during this very confusing time. I cannot say enough about the staff at Galaxy. A friendly and an accommodating atmosphere.. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated in a friendly and courteous manner...
