Have been a customer fpr 'years.' The entry area is always clean, the Greeters always friendly and the Service folks always informative and professionsl. I called Toyota for an appointment for service on my RAV4. I got an appointment much sooner than expected. The techs were thorough and explained all the different maintenance checks that were done. took 2 hours to get a scheduled oil change. Not impressed.I usually get excellent service, but not this time. If it wasn't for my service agreement,I would not come back.service writer stated they impressed.I usually get excellent service, but not this time. If it wasn't for my service agreement,I would not come back.service writer stated they had to get an oil filter for my vehicle,( a honda at a toyota dealership),I get that ,but it is a 3 minute drive to the honda dealer.
