I forgot about my appointment until 30 minutes after was to be there and called to reschedule the appointment and they were able to fit me in if I came over at the time I called. Scheduled for part to be replaced. I ask the service gentleman if something needs to have something done on my cell phone. I was told no it would update. Well it didn't. The SOS should have gone to gr gentleman if something needs to have something done on my cell phone. I was told no it would update. Well it didn't. The SOS should have gone to green it didn't ,still isn't. Going down Colerain the message about entune came on the screen again. I got home and called again, talk to a Chris, he was going to have service call me. I waited, finally going back to Joesph's. Ask a salesman to help no luck he couldn't get it working. Was told to call Toyota owners. Finally called the Connected Services talk to a wonderful gentleman, Shay, he saw the problem. I need a TSB 0019. I have a work order now that Shay M filed. Sandra from Joseph's called, she been looking into it. Sandra been so nice in helping me. I have an appointment at 1:30 today with Kyle. More

I wish the sales dept was as good as the service dept. I may have actually bought my Tundra from Joseph had it been. It is like too totally different companies. I almost did not take my truck to the servi may have actually bought my Tundra from Joseph had it been. It is like too totally different companies. I almost did not take my truck to the service dept after I bought at an out of state Toyota dealer, but I am glad I gave them a shot. I would never buy a car from them but I like having service done by them. Perhaps if the manager of service started managing the salesfloor then I may buy there. Anderson was GREAT but I dont see his name listed for the 5 stars I would have given him,. More
