Service department was ready to accept the car on time. The reason for bringing in the car was to fix an issue with the adaptive radar. Once I arrived at the Service Center the service was great! All of the staff were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. The service was timely and was completed in one half hour. I am very happy with t great! All of the staff were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. The service was timely and was completed in one half hour. I am very happy with the service. I believe that there may have some confusion early on with scheduling the service. I was set up for Saturday and planned to stay. After reconsidering, I called back to schedule the 60,000 maintenance. The person who answered the phone couldn't do the scheduling, but told me Kyle would call me back. That didn't happen. I then decided to keep my original appointment. It all worked out and I will schedule the other maintenance when it is convenient for me. Thanks again for the service! More
