I was very pleased with my salesperson and my overall experience with sunset ford. Tim took the time to explain the different features between the models, I told him that I just had to have the car in s experience with sunset ford. He even followed me home to bring the car to me since I am a widower. He breaks the stereotype of the pushy car sales person that is only there to line theirs and the dealers pockets, he made this grandma feel very comfortable in the purchase process and even worked with the finance office to save me a trip to my bank for the loan. I've told numerous friends and my family that if they buy a ford to see the most respectful and patient salesman I've ever dealt with. Thanks again. More

Time was great with answering questions and speaking on the phone. I live almost 3 hours away and was able to negotiate over the phone before driving 3 hours to the dealership. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was met with friendly and knowledgeable assistance. I was fully explained everything on the Explorer during my test drives. Any color you want to see you only had to walk around and see a vehicle with that color. They made the process of buying my car extremely easy and happy experience from the moment I chose the Explorer until I closed on the deal with Chris. I have been thinking about a new vehicle for a while now and I went to the Ford website just to check out the new 2014 Fusion's. A few days later I received a call from Sara Scheu and she had spoken to Lar and I went to the Ford website just to check out the new 2014 Fusion's. A few days later I received a call from Sara Scheu and she had spoken to Larry Sidberry the Sales Manager and offered to put me into a new 2014 Ford Fusion. I made arrangements to visit the dealership yesterday thinking that i would be getting my second choice in the color of the vehicle since the blue one had not come in yet. To my surprise when I arrived the blue vehicle was there and it was nearly ready for me to take home. I took it for a test drive and was surprised to see that the 2014 model handles better than the 2012 model. I agreed to take the new car and was told by Sarah that my financing had already been approved and all I would have to do was sign the paperwork. Meanwhile, she took the car to the service department to have it the last minute preparations done. We transferred my belongings from my old car to the new one, added the temp tag and I was on my way home. I have been at the dealership in the past for several hours waiting for paperwork to be prepared and finalizing the whole purchase process took about four hours. This time was different, I finished the test drive, we synchronized my phone to the car, I signed the paperwork, and was nearly ready to go in an hour. It took a little while to transfer my belongings and add the temp tag to the new car. All in all the whole process took less than two hours, nearly everything was ready before I arrived, how efficient is that, WOW what a great team is all I can say for the people at Sunset Ford. More

They have all been my wife's vehicle and she did not consider any other make or model because according to her when you drive a vehicle that makes you feel safe and reliable transportation there is no reason to change. Whenever we take our vehicles in for service, as soon as we get out of the vehicle we are greeted by, " hello Mr. or Mrs. Kleen".
