After comparing the two vehicles, looking at features, sitting in the cars, we took the Palisade for a test drive. Tracy talked me through features and kept the conversation going in a relaxed manner. Upon returning to the dealership we discussed if I was indeed interested in trading. We then went through the entire process of planning the financial aspects of the financing. Overall, O felt like they listened to my needs and requirements and set up a plan. Once everything was set up, the final steps were taken care of in a timely manner. I returned to Southern Team for this purchase because of the great experience I had with them almost 5 years ago.
