Darnell's knowledge of the car and all its tech features was apparent from the get-go - and once we decided we wanted to purchase, Darnell was very helpful in finding a specific vehicle that met our specs so to speak. I would add that Darnell and management were very non "salesy" in their approach in that we never felt any of the pressure you often feel during the car buying process - this was very much appreciated!
