I wanted something spacious, sleek and most of all, safe for my first child, but it also needed to fit the role of a "hot mom car for me to bite." My family had owned MB's most of my life so I was very familiar with the quality but had never ventured into the waters myself. I was serendipitously paired with Darrell Gough and the rest is history! Not only did Darrell make me feel at home and like family, he treated my mother, father and husband with the same kind hospitality (which speaks to his patience because I had each of these members of my family come in with me on separate occasions to get their opinions on my prospective car and the dealership). I spent several weeks going back and forth about which vehicle I wanted. Darrell was incredibly patient with me, even coming in on his day off to tend to my inquiries. I must also give a shout out to Dean who went above and beyond to ensure I got the EXACT AMG I wanted. When it was all said and done, I not only got what I wanted, I got more -- with additional features that I was happy to accept! Everyone I encountered in the dealership was incredibly kind, from the receptionists to the service team. They truly want you to feel safe and at home. It is safe to say, I have been converted to a Mercedes-Benz Woman for life. As long as Darrell is in his office, I will be a customer in Annapolis. Wouldn't want to work with anyone else!
