It was fairly late (8pm-ish) when we determined we would need to revisit and secure financing through the finance department at the dealership but since it was so late, we would have to revisit the following morning. We left feeling very frustrated. About 5 minutes after we left, we received a call that the approval had gone through and we could come back and complete the purchase. It was about 8:30by this time. Before we left, Larry assured us things would be done first thing in the morning and somehow, he managed to get it done within minutes after business hours! This dealership is full of exemplary sales and finance people who go above and beyond to ensure their customers walk away happy every time. We couldn’t have asked for better experiences. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! More

He even took the time to sit and go through some of the features of the new vehicle. Casey is always pleasant, answers all of our questions very honestly, and is friendly and professional. We believe very strongly in being loyal to people and business when they have shown us that they value us as people and consumers and Casey, Dean and the rest of the MBU Annapolis team have definitely done that! I reached out to several dealers on the east coast; but this one far outweighed all the others with a fabulous inventory and an unbelievable sales staff. The Sales Manager Mike Herron was a man of his word; from our first conversation on the phone to my 4 hour drive to get there. He was not greedy; he passed on the lead to his sales consultant Darnell Bowens. We were impressed from the moment we met him. He was a fantastic salesman that really knew his product. Darnell went the extra mile, even staying after the dealership closed to explain all the electronics systems of our new car. He called us the day after we got back home to see if we had any additional questions! Larry Cash, the F&I guy was a very personable professional at finalizing all of our paperwork.
