Lance has been with Subaru of Gwinnett since 2010. He was honored with the Salesman of the Year for Subaru of Gwinnett in 2012 and 2013. Also in 2012 and 2013, Lance was recognized by Subaru of America with the prestigious Subaru Summit Peak Performer. Lance continues to show is passion for Subaru by driving a 2019 Subaru Outback. When Lance is not working, he loves anything to do with the outdoors and hanging out with his family. He has been married for 12 years and has a 6 year old daughter, Emily, and a 9 year old son, Ethan. Lance's son was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2, so he and his wife are strong autism advocates.

It's been years since I bought new. Mostly because of experiences I have had at other dealerships. This was different. Caleb was very patient and let me explore at my pace. Spent some time diving many different makes and models and kept coming back. My son bought his forester at Gwinnett and even though I live in Jasper-I made the trek and glad I did!Lance was polite, but I didn't spend much time with him. Even though I am a member of a credit union, I connected with Susan and was very comfortable financing with Subaru. Looking forward to many years with my Subaru family! More

Everyone was very helpful in helping us choose the right car for us. Two separate and terrible experiences with the sales department. Sold my ex a car for our 16-year-old that is now garbage after 2000 miles, and they now refuse to do anything about it. He paid $12,500 for it, and they offered to buy it back for $3000. It has multiple issues that they refuse to own. Any dealership that would sell a dangerous car to a first-time driver deserves to be investigated. About a month ago, I also tried to buy a new or slightly used car at this dealership. My car was in the shop, and they gave me a low-ball offer for my car and inflated the cost of the cars I was considering, citing "tariffs" on cars that were on the lot and not yet affected. I bought my car new from them 10 years ago, and it was a great experience. Not this time. They have no customer loyalty and do not care to keep my business. Completely shady and unethical. Avoid at all costs. I do recommend the service department - Issa and both Mikes in the service department make up for the criminal ways of the sales department, both new and used. Buy your car elsewhere. More
