The service tech who did my 60K service indicated he completed my service. When popped the hood and did a quick visual check of my fluids, I found he did not do what he said he did. The power steering f completed my service. When popped the hood and did a quick visual check of my fluids, I found he did not do what he said he did. The power steering fluid was low, the washer fluid was low and the coolant was also low. It made me question, was the rest of my service done as it was indicated. Who is doing the final quality check to make sure the work that is being paid for has been completed correctly? Come on, Freeman, get it together. Be better. More

I have my car towed there and called immediately to notify the staff it would be arriving. Followed up everyday thereafter with no response. Only promised callbacks. I had to threaten to notify law notify the staff it would be arriving. Followed up everyday thereafter with no response. Only promised callbacks. I had to threaten to notify law enforcement in order for someone to take the time to go out and find my car in the lot. After my car was found and a delay of another day I was told the car was ready for pickup. It turns out that the reason for the delays was because my car was sopping wet when I picked it up and had been rained in because the windows were open. Now my car stinks of mold and I have not been able to remove the stench. I've notified an attorney and you'll be hearing from me shortly More
