Went in to get new tires and also have cosmetic repair to rims under warranty. The cosmetic repair was forgotten, so I had to bring the car back and have a loaner. Every time after I go in to this service rims under warranty. The cosmetic repair was forgotten, so I had to bring the car back and have a loaner. Every time after I go in to this service center I get spam calls about my BMW warranty. These calls will go on for months. Then always comes back after a visit to the service center. Kyle was nice but I did not enjoy having to return due to the cosmetic repair being forgotten. The rims also should have been properly inspected because the person that did the repair had to ask Kyle to get other rims fixed under warranty as well. So it delayed getting the car back. More
