Buying experience was ok, but the follow up has been terrible. Took 4 weeks for the payoff to go through on trade. When calling in, never got a straight answer. Going on 6 weeks and I haven’t heard back from anyone at all (after multiple calls for the first 4 weeks) and I still have a $70k+ vehicle that is not repaired. More
