Finance department fraudulently deceived us, by telling us we would qualify for a lower interest rate if we purchased a warranty that we did not want. After disclosing that we did not want it, she told us us we would qualify for a lower interest rate if we purchased a warranty that we did not want. After disclosing that we did not want it, she told us that the banks require it. Please remove the warranty as there is no truth or merit to the Financial departments statement. More

Buying experience was ok, but the follow up has been terrible. Took 4 weeks for the payoff to go through on trade. When calling in, never got a straight answer. On top of that, after I noticed (not the dealer) that some trim was broken off prior to taking it off the lot, I was told to give it a week and they will contact me to repair it. Going on 6 weeks and I haven’t heard back from anyone at all (after multiple calls for the first 4 weeks) and I still have a $70k+ vehicle that is not repaired. More
