Most of the sales reps are very good. I would have given an Excellenet rating but for one bad egg who started our process and was just not customer centric. Luckily Kyle and Kim stepped in and did a great job along with Tom in management. This team addressed my issue and made it a pleasurable experience. I would feel comfortable sending a friend or family member to buy a new Volvo. Car was delivered timely without any hiccups. Any issues were immediately addressed. Even the warranty discussion process was good - no major pressure from the dealership and had open discussions. They even waited the hour or so for me to read all the paperwork - front and back. Very very patient people for sure. We have been to all the local (and not so local) Volvo dealers and we bought from Smythe. That should say enough. They earned our business. More

The best experience Let me start off by saying this was my first lease. I was unsure with the process, nervous, and had that typical excitement one would have when lookin Let me start off by saying this was my first lease. I was unsure with the process, nervous, and had that typical excitement one would have when looking at new cars. Anyway, after looking online at the choices, I decided to head to summit despite it being a bit further away from hoboken. I was glad that I went the extra distance because the experience I had at this dealer was remarkable. I arrived ten minutes prior to opening, and they made me feel right at home. Kyle was kind, professional, courteous, and most importantly honest. From the beginning, he understood what my needs were and made it his goal to make sure that I was comfortable with the process. There was zero pressure, and he guided me through the process, all the while ensuring that both my wife and I were happy. I must re-iterate, he was very concerned with how my wife and I were doing throughout the process. He understood that leasing/purchasing a new car can be stressful, and to have that bit of care was something rather unique, which we appreciated. When it came time to secure a deal, he offered us the most competitive price (I did a bit of shopping around). In the end, I couldn't be happier with the dealership and the help I received with Kyle. I look forward to working with dealership for a long time. More

They have never tried to sell me a car - but have simply helped me to decide which vehicle is best for me. From Kevin Flanagan (Owner / President), to Kevin Bergeron (Finance), to Kyle Jackon (Sales) the experience was as pleasant as it was easy and the polar opposite of the "automall" world of most dealerships today.
