I have had nothing good happen since I bought my car:( came broken supposed to be fixed, in the shop over 6 times since I’ve gotten it. Communication is not good. So hard to get a hold of anyone and no bo came broken supposed to be fixed, in the shop over 6 times since I’ve gotten it. Communication is not good. So hard to get a hold of anyone and no body hardly calls back. They made it sound like they did me such a big favor to fix what was wrong with it less then 12 hours after I bought it. They said well I did buy a used car… I’ve driven countless miles to pick it up and drop it off and asked for someone to meet me half way but “they don’t do that”. I’ve never been so disappointed with a company. If I was the manager I would be going above and beyond to make sure I fixed these issues and made the customer feel comfortable with their purchase. Everyone I have talked to will never shop there now. Sad story. More

I purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos for my daughter. Everything went smoothly until the salesman brought to car to the front for us to take possession of it. He only then told us the car does not have Everything went smoothly until the salesman brought to car to the front for us to take possession of it. He only then told us the car does not have any key fobs, so the key-less entry does not work. I told him that is not what we agreed to as the car was advertised with key-less entry. He brought the manager out and I asked for my check back and my title for the vehicle I traded and we would cancel the sale as the vehicle never left the dealer lot. He told me to just take it and get key fobs made for it. He said they where only about $75 each. I later found out 2 key fobs with programing are over $1000. I contacted David the salesman and he told me I had to talk to management. I called to talk to management 5 different times, they where always busy, in a meeting, or just ignoring me. I left messages for them to call me and never got a call back. More

I worked with Ando over a 3 day span he was awesome. He really took the time to make sure I was getting something that fit my needs and what I was looking for. I felt as if he wasn’t just trying to sell me a car or make money but that he actually cared about making sure everything was going to workout for me and I was going to be happy. I would recommend anyone looking for a car new or used to go through him as he will do everything within his power to take care of you and is a very genuine guy! More

Well sold me car that turned out to be a lemon, also when I call to the dealership, they don’t actually talk to anyone.
