purchased my lease I am a loyal Byers customer. The service center is incredible and keeps me as a customer. Kyle is an exceptional person in car sales and I will work w I am a loyal Byers customer. The service center is incredible and keeps me as a customer. Kyle is an exceptional person in car sales and I will work with him as long as he's at Byers. Both Kyle and a salesman & person as well as the Byers service center are incredible. I appreciate that Kyle wore a mask and sought my safety along with his great service. The meeting with the finance person was not a positive one. I am in the vulnerable population due to multiple health factors, including a bout with cancer. The finance person did not wear a mask and had to close the door due to confidentiality concerns. I did not ask him to wear a mask, but I shouldn't have to. I understand that wearing a mask in order to protect other people's health during our current pandemic has become a politically charged decision. I wish that the default was to wear one and ask if the customer if they didn't care. Again, I want to state how much I appreciate the sales experience and all my experiences with service. Byers Toyota is an exceptional dealership both on the new and the used car departments. I remain a customer and look forward to my future work with them. More
