Sasha was amazing with us she helped us through the whole process, on our case extremely patient with our schedule, we had to reschedule our appointment with her a couple times and they were totally understa process, on our case extremely patient with our schedule, we had to reschedule our appointment with her a couple times and they were totally understanding. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever gotten a car from. They are untrustworthy and will tell you one thing when you’re leasing a car from them, and after you’ve signed documents and have the vehicle, they They are untrustworthy and will tell you one thing when you’re leasing a car from them, and after you’ve signed documents and have the vehicle, they don’t actually do what they say they will. I was told by the dealer when I lease a vehicle with them that they would cover the license plates and wouldn’t have to pay personal property tax during the lease. I received a bill today from them saying I owe $570 for personal property taxes for the vehicle this year. This is incredibly infuriating and isn’t even legal under Missouri law for leased vehicles. I was also told at the time of leasing that they were expanding their service department and it would be easy and fast when bringing the car to get serviced. This was over a year ago and this still hasn’t happened. It’s nearly impossible to get your vehicle serviced with them without leaving the vehicle for the entire day. They expect you to bring the vehicle when they open then they call whenever they get a chance to work on it. Which is really inconvenient when you have a normal work schedule and work Monday through Friday. I will never work with this dealership again after dealing with multiple issues. If I could give them zero stars I would. More
