I brought the car for a oil and oil filter change, after getting a reservation for it. I was very dissappointed for the prassy and business conductivity of your company toward the mechanical procedures. I getting a reservation for it. I was very dissappointed for the prassy and business conductivity of your company toward the mechanical procedures. I was told that I had to wait for 2 or more hours to process this tasc. After they removed my car to the parking lot, 30 plus minutes later I kindly asked to get my car kes and proced to move away. I understand your company policy is that you have to assure your customer of any possible deficencies onboard the vehicle.
