Too busy to take book your appointment. I booked my appointment twice and was told it wasn’t booked. First time was i called them to confirmed my appointment but they said no appointment I booked my appointment twice and was told it wasn’t booked. First time was i called them to confirmed my appointment but they said no appointment was booked. I asked for the next one then this time i got the her name. She assured me that it is booked. I came in that day they said they got nothing in the system. They did took me in and billed a 180$ for diagnosing the problem and they are not 100 percent if i changed my tired and the problem will be gone. On top of that my car has lots of little issues where i did not bother them because of how busy they are. Fakes appointment and no customers service. It just like that every where. Customers Serivce is not top priority now. More
