I had been in a bad accident and wanted a safer car and was anxious to go car shopping. Kristi was so knowledgeable and did not hound any particular make/model but really listened to me and my wants. She made me feel very confident in my choice. The fact she handled the financing as well made me very comfortable. Once all said and done with the financing, seeing as it was almost 2 hours past their close time...Kristi could have just said "Thank you and Good night" but she took the time to walk me through every feature of the car and its customization.
