Ricky Brockway isn't a salesman...And Chris isn't the Owner. I usually do not write reviews because I always think the good ones are written by people that work for the rated company. But let me assure you that I usually do not write reviews because I always think the good ones are written by people that work for the rated company. But let me assure you that this could not be further from the truth. I bought 2 cars over a weeks period from Ricky and Kris. The title of my review is spot on. Ricky will tell you he's not a salesman. He really is more like a brother or college buddy. Easy to talk to, no haggle or hassle, and certainly no pressure. I bought my son his first car after months of searching. I was a bit concerned about buying it from a warehoused dealership deep in the belly of Dallas, despite what the pictures look like online. Man was I wrong, the warehouse is more of a giant showroom with rows of VERY nice cars. It is super clean and the staff is great. All were super friendly and helpful. I knew just what I wanted and Ricky had it pulled up and ready to go before I got there. We quickly dispensed with the formalities and off I went, ALONE. It was great, no salesman pressuring me about all the cool features and how 2 or 3 other people were interested in the car. I just got in and drove around - A LOT. I came back and worked a deal in about 15 minutes. It took longer to print the papers than it did to get the deal done. So after that purchase was done I left and went home. The guys were going to deliver the car to my home because I had to get to work. As I was walking through the showroom I noticed a beautiful BMW. I inquired by text to Ricky about it. He responded with what it would cost me out the door. I was worried about the purchase because it was a dream car, and I wasn't even looking and there I was fixing to buy it. Ricky put no pressure on me. I was allowed to reserve the car with a $200 dollar deposit while I thought about it. When they delivered my sons car they brought the BMW. Just so I could see it. It was funny, I knew Ricky really just wanted to drive it. I thought about it for another day, without being pestered for my answer. I went in the next day and spoke with the owner Kris. He was very educated about the BMW. I still couldn't commit. I have never bought a vehicle like this so I needed to think about it 1 more day. Kris extended the hold and offered to let me take the car for the night. I didn't but it was a nice gesture. Nevertheless, I texted Ricky the next day and decided to buy it. I drove down and it only took 10 minutes to sign the paperwork and I was out the door. I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. It has always been such a stressful lengthy time-sucking event. But not this time! It really felt like I was hanging out with my buddies and a car purchase happened. So overall I would highly recommend this dealership and Ricky in particular. I know everyone has a different experience and story. But for me, I will never buy car from another dealership. Wish I could give 6 stars!! More
