Best Dealership without a question This is a very no hassle car buying experience. Nobody is out on the lot chasing you down pushing you into cars you can't afford, they're not constant This is a very no hassle car buying experience. Nobody is out on the lot chasing you down pushing you into cars you can't afford, they're not constantly harassing you by phone, they simply assist you to purchase and maintain the car that you want. I tried other dealerships before here, I tried Ford in Plymouth and they were trying to get me to pay 9,500 on a car they listed two weeks later for 7,000. I also tried Toyota of Raynham who tried pushing me into a lease that I could afford but that lease had an insurance cost that I couldn't, they took my keys and basically held me hostage there and attempted to talk me into decreasing my insurance (leaving myself open for liability lawsuits) to get me to purchase the car until I demanded my keys back to leave. I walked into Bournes, found a salesman, he gave me the keys to a beautiful Honda Accord, asked how I liked the car, and I bought it within a few days. There was no hassle, no hidden fees, and I purchased the offered insurance and it has already saved me $350 in repairs that are literally basic wear and tear that vehicles undergo. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone and I've already recommended it to a coworker who has since bought two vehicles from them. When dealing with Bournes there is literally NO COMPETITION they are the best in my honest opinion and I will continue buying my vehicles there! I recommend both the sales and service sides of this business, haven't dealt with the collision side though so I can't speak on them. More

Outstanding sales and service departments! I purchased a car from Bournes 2 years ago. The salesman, John, was great to deal with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested that I go wit I purchased a car from Bournes 2 years ago. The salesman, John, was great to deal with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested that I go with the extended warranty due to the high mileage on the car. I was hesitant, but went along with it anyway. I am extremely glad I did. last month, my car started having a loud ticking noise from the engine compartment. I called to see if it was possible to have it looked at. The serviceman, Paul Sandler, insisted I bring the car in to be looked at. free of charge. They found that the car needed a lot more than initially expected. Paul worked with the extended warranty company and was able to have over $4,000 covered for the repairs, and on top of that, he got me a rental car at no charge! Words cant describe how impressed I am by the courtesy and professionalism they have shown. From start to finish, the team at Bournes has been amazing! I will never buy another car elsewhere. -Matt More

The customer attention...across the board is unmatched (and so are the prices)! We were just looking for one of their lower priced cars, but Jake and Shawn treated us with such respect and attention. We could test drive the car with freedom, and even took the car to a mechanic to check it out, with their complete trust. Bournes could not have been more accommodating! We bought the car and it has been a gem, the whole family loves it! By the way...that lower priced car was a BMW, it was the best price around and it still is! One late, cold and windy evening-just before closing time...I discovered I had low tire pressure, so I drove it to service and they took care of it without question. They even went a step further to check for any safety issue. I felt like family. Mr. Bourne, keep doing what you're doing- your Team is amazing! Thank you to All at Bournes! More

My experience has been good.. I recommend the service dept. I have been well taken care of every time I have had work done on my car. The have been courteous and efficient.
