I am traveling from out of town and my issue happened on

He stopped over to let me know he was headed to lunch, and said another advisor was going to make sure I’m taken care of. Fast forward an hour and 20 minutes later, Kitrel told me my vehicle was ready. He walked me back, double checked my car and found no service was performed. He apologized and said the dealer would cover the service and asked me if I had time to wait longer. Kitrel made it right, but I didn’t end up leaving until close to 3pm. Every time I go in Kitrel is awesome and I appreciate his superb customer service. The other service advisors need to get it together.
