We recently had the opportunity to consider purchasing two vehicles. We visited Klaben first, surrounding our very positive experience in purchasing our previous vehicle, and also the professional ma two vehicles. We worked with Glenn Griffith, and would like to commend him for all of his efforts. We began with a number of email and telephone exchanges, and Mr. Griffith was responsive, helpful, courteous throughout, answered all of our questions, and allowed the transaction to move at our preferred pace. Mr. Griffith was ultimately able to secure a car we wanted from another dealership, and maintained what we thought was a fair deal even with this complication. The other car we purchased was from Klaben inventory. All aspects of the purchases were positive and professional. Mr. Griffith did not make any promises he did not keep, and did not pressure us to move faster or force decisions beyond our plans. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, the options available, and the transaction itself. At the time of vehicle transfer, he was organized, and had pre-prepared the new vehicles and paperwork to the extent possible, so that our time at the dealership was modest. Overall, we were very satisfied with our Klaben experience, and with Mr. Griffith's work in particular. We will recommend Klaben, and Mr. Griffith, to our friends in the future. Thank you. More

I travel over 25 miles to have my Ford truck serviced at Klaben Ford because of Kim Wolfram, Service Advisor. After many years of taking my vehicles to Kim, and when Clarke Ford in Hudson shut down, there Klaben Ford because of Kim Wolfram, Service Advisor. I came to the dealership as I was hearing a horrible grinding sound in the rear of my car. Once they took a look at it, they found out that the work that I had done at another business was done horribly grinding sound in the rear of my car. Once they took a look at it, they found out that the work that I had done at another business was done horribly wrong causing me to need to replace more parts than I originally anticipated. Kim was great at keeping me calm, informed, and provided me with all of my options making sure that I knew firsthand what was going on and that I was happy. I really appreciate her efforts, Klaben's outstanding service and their willingness to make the customer happy and satisfied. I was able to leave with my car working at peak performance and didn't have to overextend myself financially. Thank you so much and I am forever grateful for your kindness! More
