Had our 2024 Mustang in for its 1st service yesterday 04/10/24 Kim Wolfram and the Klaben vehicle service team took care of my very special car. My 7th Mustang. Treated my car as if it was their own! 04/10/24 Kim Wolfram and the Klaben vehicle service team took care of my very special car. My 7th Mustang. Treated my car as if it was their own! Full complimentary vehicle inspection and a full video of the undercarriage was sent to me. Wow! World class service from Kim and the Klaben Team!!!!! More

My driver side wiper quit working Friday during a rain storm. Fortunately I wasn’t far from Klaben. I drove the vehicle there and fortunately the service department was still open. I first met with Sean… storm. Fortunately I wasn’t far from Klaben. I drove the vehicle there and fortunately the service department was still open. I first met with Sean… the service manager. He looked at the wiper and apparently the gear was stripped. He tightened it enough for me to drive it. My service contact Kim… quickly got me scheduled to bring the vehicle in first thing Monday morning. The service department replaced the necessary parts and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. Kim and Sean went out of the way to take care of my problem quickly and efficiently. I can’t praise them enough. More
