She assisted getting me into a new car when my Blazer was destroyed in Tropical Storm Ida. She never met me but assisted me like I was family. When I needed a bigger car, I knew who to trust and called Kim. Within days, she put me back with her fellow employee Ryan Santos, and off we went. First Blazer. Then Equinox. Now Traverse.
