We sat down and came up with a list of cars I was looking for based on price, Khalil first approached me when I walked in in a very non pressure way. We sat down and came up with a list of cars I was looking for based on price, feature set, and functionality. After test driving a few cars, he helped me decide in a very relaxed manner. I ended up coming back later that day to purchase the Mazda 6 which was sitting inside the showroom (i knew as soon as i saw it that that was what i would end up wanting to buy). I really appreciate him being up front with pricing, not pressuring me into a sale, and actually listening to my interests to help me decide which cars to test drive. Much better experience than my last encounter at auction direct a few years ago! More

I initially came to see another I don’t enjoy buying cars or any of the process. However, I actually enjoyed working with the folks at Auction Direct. I initially came to see another vehicle that was on their website (that vehicle sold before I got there). However, I was able to find a comparable one. The entire process was fairly simple and straight forward. There was some mix up with some paperwork that needed to be corrected, but stuff happens. I ended up with a good deal and a great interest rate so overall I’m very pleased. More
