Amazing Experience!!! I traveled from California to Chicago to get this truck. I was looking for a 2016 Red Silverado with 4 Wheel Drive. I bought a 2 Wheel Drive a few m I traveled from California to Chicago to get this truck. I was looking for a 2016 Red Silverado with 4 Wheel Drive. I bought a 2 Wheel Drive a few months back, but unfortunately had struggles pulling my boat out of the water. I loved my truck and wanted my exact truck but as a 4x4. I looked all over So Cal to find one, but the 2016 were very rare to find. I found a few elsewhere across the country, but got the run around from a couple other dealers. When I called this dealer. Tom was very professional and upfront about everything. I told him my situation and he agreed to hold the truck for me with just proof of my flight information. Within an hour of my conversation with Tom, I was on way to Chicago over 2000 miles away. We spoke numerous times during my trip and let me know they would have someone pick me up from the airport or hotel in Chicago about 45 miles from their dealership. To say the least, I was impressed. Shortly thereafter Freddy called me and let me know he would be picking me up and completing the sale of the vehicle with me and to just contact him whenever I was ready. I called him the next morning after I got to town and he came to my hotel to pick me up. We got to the dealership and the vehicle was already cleaned, full of gas and ready to go. After a quick test drive and a few minutes downloading the new Chevy app I was ready to go into finance with Khaalis. He had all the documents ready and we were signed within a few minutes. Then Rocky the General Manager came over and thanked me for coming out. He was very personable and friendly and made me feel at home. We talked about the company and the longevity of employees that work for him. They whole team was amazing and I could see why they are one of the top Chevy dealers in the state. I will be referring 2 of my relatives that live in the area over to them when buying a car. In the future when I am in need, I would make the 4000 mile round trip again. Due to the prices, professionalism and service of the sales team. I have bought over 20 vehicles over the last 20 years and I give them 6 stars as the best car buying experience I have encountered. Kudos to their team. More
