Yesterday I purchased a vehicle from Advantage Chevrolet, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. I had the privilege of working with Doc, an outstanding straight forward sales person who made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Doc was incredibly knowledgeable about the Jeep Grand Cherokee I was looking at . He was informative, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. His goal was customer satisfaction. The finance manager, Ryan, also played a crucial role in making my experience at Advantage Chevrolet exceptional. Ryan was thorough and transparent in explaining all my financing options, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. He secured the best possible deal for me, and his financial prowess was evident throughout the process. Together, Doc and Ryan made what can often be a aggravating experience into an enjoyable and memorable one. I am not kidding you when i say iwa was finished within 2 hours of initial test drive to all signed up and ready to go.
