Salesmen Great! Poor Experience with Manager. Josh made me feel extremely comfortable in my first purchase of a vehicle. He listened and wasn't pushy. He was honest about what he knew and didn't know, and found answers to anything he didn't know off hand. I have already recommended Josh to many of my friends. He was professional, welcoming, and kind. I made two visits to this dealership for the one car purchase. After my first visit, I was tempted to not make my purchase here because of my interaction with the manager, Kevin. I am a 28 year old single woman, and I brought my brother-in-law to help me. Kevin knew that I was the buyer, not my brother, yet Kevin focused on my brother the whole time, giving me little eye-contact and shaking my brothers hand first (even though I was closer to Kevin in proximity). I felt overlooked and belittled by Kevin's actions and speech/tone. I would not recommend him to any of my friends. I was satisfied with Drew. He knew I was in a hurry and made the financing process swift yet clear. He didn't push any additional services on me but did due diligence of informing me of my options. More
