I have owned several Mercedes since moving from Atlanta, Georgia to beautiful Naples. Fortunately while Car shopping I met Frank Deluca at Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs. I have owned many Mercedes in my lifetime as I believe in the quality and performance of these vehicles. During my recent search and being a senior, my main interest was buying a safe car. I was very impressed with Frank, as he was very knowledgeable about all the safety features of these vehicles. My wife and I have purchased three new Mercedes over the last six years from Frank. He took me on a trial run and thoroughly explained each and every safety feature. Needle needless to say I was very impressed. With the new 2023 GLB 250 model I came down to the dealership by myself, and fell in love with this vehicle. Obviously, I was not going to purchase a new car without my wife first seeing the color as well as getting opportunity to ride in it My wife loved the color and the sporty look of The vehicle Knowing how long it takes to negotiate. She did not want to spend hours waiting around in the dealership reception area. She left it to me to make the final decision. Frank made it easy for me to get the top dollar for my older vehicle. I was trading in and to make this purchase Affordable He didn’t play games with me and offered me a fair price from the GetGo l just loved this 2023 GLB model in fact, in my estimation it is the best car I have ever owned I have given Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs a perfect 5 star rating and in addition if I could, I would give Frank Deluca, my salesman a 10 star rating. The man is incredible easy to work with no stress involved. Lastly, I want to share with you on the day Frank delivered my new vehicle to My home I was ill and Frank offered to drive me to my doctors office. He went above and beyond anything I could imagine. If looking to purchase a new Mercedes he I your man. !! More

We purchased a vehicle from MB Bonita Springs (sight unseen and everything online/via phone). We get why this group has great reviews. Our experience began with reaching out to enquire about a vehicle we saw online that filled all our “requirements “. Our sale person Renee was stellar in answering our questions and getting us responses when she didn’t have the exact answer. Her ability to provide accurate and timely answers was phenomenal and very much appreciated. We decided that instead of having the car delivered (we live over 1000 miles away) we would go down and pick up our CPO vehicle (and our first MB). Renee and the team warmly greeted us and made sure everything was in order when we arrived, all while also managing other customers (again - proof and testament that the location serves their customers well). During our drive home - we noticed one of the windshield wipers was not functioning properly. We reached out to the team at Bonita Springs and they arranged for the issue to be fixed at a dealership close to our home. We drove there and the problem was immediately looked after as Renee had called ahead and shared the issue with the dealership. Again - even after the deal was done - service to make sure we were looked after properly. We expect to purchase our next vehicle here as we have observed and experienced what we believe is customer service at its finest! 😊 More
