Was charged $1800- 7hrs to remove 5 wires for engine warranty work problem wasn't fixed when vehicle was initially in for rear end noise, they did an inspection said it was nothing but mud charged multi warranty work problem wasn't fixed when vehicle was initially in for rear end noise, they did an inspection said it was nothing but mud charged multiple diagnostic fees. Drive my truck out to work breaks the next morning had to pay a hotshot $2200 to haul it to gp chrysler on Thanksgiving rear end damage from a broken stud quoted $4700 to fix it took it to Norlan looked at all the br9ken pieces paperwork and videos, defective part covered under warranty. Will no longer be taking my vehicle to gp chrysler. More
