I just bought a 2018 4 door wrangler from you guys. On the way home I hear a knocking sound coming from the back. I wasn’t sure what it was. I thought it may have been from the hardtop. I couldn’t figu On the way home I hear a knocking sound coming from the back. I wasn’t sure what it was. I thought it may have been from the hardtop. I couldn’t figure it out. I drove to work the next day and on the way into the parking lot my buddy could hear the knocking noise and asked me about it. I said I didn’t know what it was and I was leaving for Alabama the next day. I was going to leave the jeep and bring it back to the dealership upon my return. However my buddy, being a car guy said let me take a look. What he found was shocking. The left rear brake caliper was not bolted on. You can see clearly in the pictures. He had all the proper tools and fixed the caliper for me. Today now that I’m back from Alabama I gave the dealership a call to let them know of their shortcomings. I was promised this “Kia Advantage”. This I was told included a 172 point inspection on the vehicle. My 30k Jeep didn’t even have windshield wiper fluid in it never mind the brakes being properly bolted. I personally paid about 1,100 dollars for this. They charge most people over 2k. I talked to three different people fully explaining what happened. I do not want to take my Jeep back their for service or anything included in the “Kia “advantage”. I asked for my money back for the advantage. The last guy I talked to was Scott Lam. He offered me a $100 gift certificate. I told him he should keep it. I was lucky I didn’t get in an accident and hurt myself or others. I don’t post this to blast Kia of Wesley Chapels incompetence in both their service department and scummy sales department, I posted this for public safety purposes. Be Shute to make sure your brake calipers are bolted properly. More

I purchased a 2022 Kia Soul on Saturday at Kia of Wesley Chapel. First off I want to say EVERYONE was so very nice! My salesperson Kevin Hunninghaus was amazing!
