In walking into the dealer Kevin was friendly, promp, matter of fact, and told me the facts, no embellishment, no bait & switch!!! After the sales Tim the finance guy was professional, prompt, detailed and accurate turned an uncomfortable process into an easy comfortable situation, no confrontation. Before I left, Kevin gave me easy, detailed instructions to operating my Subaru - what other sales person has done this for me - never. ,My husband and I were in and out of this dealer in under 2.5 hours!!!
