Kevin Galindo of Audi Uptown was very helpful in my purchase of the Audi A3 E-tron 2017. A few days after signing of purchase agreement, my financial situation took a different turn due to COVID -19 pandemic, I approached Kevin Galindo to have my Purchase Agreement Cancelled. He was very compassionate and assisted me with his upper management to have my purchase agreement cancelled. I would definitely go back to Audi Uptown to purchase a vehicle in the future.

Admond Wu was great to deal with at Audi Uptown. I ended purchasing a used vehicle but was impressed with his honest upfront approach when dealing with me. He addressed my needs when purchasing the vehicle. After, I dealt with Kevin Galindo who was also pleasant to deal with.
"Pathetic customer service"
I meet Kevin ( Pre owned Manager ) at the dealership today to do trade in Q7 with my E400, His approach and body language was way to aggressive and has no sense of customer service. I had a very unpleasant experience , was not expecting this unprofessionalism from a brand like Audi.
Customer service responsibility lies at all level whether you are in sales or management. Authority should not discount you from good behaviour.

An absolute please meeting Kevin and Frederick for the first time. Even though we were unable to come to an agreement this go around, Kevin and Frederick were as upfront and honest in their dealings during the negotiations as I've seen in my past 30 years of purchasing vehicles. A refreshing change to the high pressure tactics some use to close a deal. Will definitely be visiting again.
