My daughter and I purchased a used 2023 Chevrolet Blazer. Our initial Sales person Beau said he would arrive in 30 minutes, but came in an hour later, and we never saw him again. Our Sales person, Tisha was effective, but it seemed that her abilities were limited. There wasn't an owner's manual in the vehicle, and they couldn't find one to give us, so I purchased one on e-bay. The vehicle was not detailed after it was purchased (even though they said they did) and they only put $20 in gas in the vehicle upon purchase (filled it up after we questioned it.) There was only one key fob with the vehicle, but Bruce Gramm gave us another one after we made two trips there. Mr. Flores (Finance) was an amazing person. Very friendly and helpful. If you are the alleged #1 Chevrolet dealer in Oklahoma you should do better. The lack of communication is the downfall. There are always multiple employees sitting outside doing nothing and no one knows anyone. When we went to service we spoke to a very rude man, who I refused to deal with them the second time. If you purchase a vehicle, regardless of new or used, you should feel that you are important and not have to go through all the hassles. We had to make four trips from Claremore to Tulsa to get the issues resolved. We love the vehicle, even with the few imperfections, but I wouldn't buy another vehicle from them. More

After shopping at different dealerships, I did some searches for my new used truck, I have owned 2 dodge trucks and 2 ford trucks. Decided I wanted to try Chevrolet. Boy did i make a great decision. Customer service was fantastic , I could not have ask for a better salesman. I went there looking for a 2wd truck, Richard noticed i was driving a 4x4, he suggested a 4x4 and man i am so happy and pleased with my purchase. Untrustworthy, it is always something with this dealer. They jeopardized my credit by running multiple unauthorized pulls. When it comes to their service department be sure to hold on to your bolts. They make you sign a blank document on an iPad before they will start the service and then try to jack the price up on you after the service. My truck was spotless before they ran it through the “car wash”. They left oil all over the driver’s side and did not dry or wax. They did not reset the oil life indicator. Very disappointed overall especially with the service advisor who was extremely rude and needs training in regards to the pricing and customer service. Stop making excuses and check the manual if you are unsure on the correct quarts. They do actually “put a sign on the side of the truck that tells the quarts”. It has a Z71 badge on it. It also has a Jim Glover Chevrolet badge on the back. That will most likely change in the near future. More
