I have worked in the automotive business since 1998. I grew up in Odessa Tx and attended the University of North Texas. Here at Steve Landers I want to provide customers with a no-pressure buying experience. My goal is to help find a vehicle that suits their needs perfectly. Outside of work I love to spend time with my wife and children. We made the move here to NWA to be closer to my wife’s family. We were not pressured, I don't like feeling pressured, especially when making such a big purchase. Additionally. the SD map card was missing. I made a simple phone call and spoke to Kenny. He acknowledged my need and took care of it right away. As promised, I received the SD map card in the mail in a very timely manner. Very professional, very thorough. The staff here listened to everything I was saying to a T and got me into the exact car that I was looking for in the first place. They also talk to you about everything, not at you or down to you like you don't understand what they're saying. They were a little pushy with the warranty packages but I can definitely respect and understand that and it did lead to me purchasing a warranty package, which I do not regret or have any second thoughts about. Purchasing this vehicle from them was a painless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. More
