I have been leasing from Meadowlands for close to 19 years. For all but one car my salesman was Bob Young Well, I received a call from Steve Kaplan and during the conversation he told me Bob was no lon years. For all but one car my salesman was Bob Young Well, I received a call from Steve Kaplan and during the conversation he told me Bob was no longer with Meadowlands. He also told me about a great deal. By turning in my Seebring and not making the last 5 payments I could lease a Jeep Compass at a great price. So my wife Mary and I did and Steve made the transition very easy for both of us. After doing business with Bob Young for so long I did not think it would be as easy as it turned out to be I feel like I've know Steve for years. Meadowland services more than just MOPAR and GMC vehicles. I was there today for an oil change, and have also been happy with larger services. The parking lot is hard to navigate but they are work vehicles. I was there today for an oil change, and have also been happy with larger services. On 7/20, My husband, the kids & I were all packed up & ready to head out for our annual family vacation. We decided to go to the gas station to fill up the tank before getting on the road. On the way to the gas station, my battery light came on, (which has never happened to us with this car). My husband & I just looked at each other like ??? We were so afraid to embark on a 200 mile trip without knowing what was going on, so while we fueled up, I decided to call Meadowland. The girl I spoke to was so sympathetic and accommodating. She told us to bring it over and she would try to get us in asap. After getting a jump from the gas station manager, (since my car wouldn't start up again after I turned it off to fuel up), we headed straight to Meadowland. Amanda, the service advisor who helped us, was so wonderful! She did in fact get us in quickly (even though it was a busy Sat am). It turned out to be the alternator & the battery and unfortunately, none of your usual part suppliers had one. She knew how upset we all were at the thought of possibly having to postpone our vacation by a few days, and she managed to locate the part from a place who was able to deliver it later that day. She told us, "Don't worry, we'll get you guys back on the road today!" Since we were going to have to wait several hours for the part to come in, she was able to provide us with a loaner car, so that we could at least go get some breakfast & go wait at home. Sure enough, several hours later, the part came in, car was fixed & we were on our way! Vacation saved! We just wanted to say a big, "Thank you!" again, to Amanda, who helped save our vacation, the mechanic who did the job in a hurry, and to acknowledge our appreciation to Meadowland for its excellent customer service!
