We had a wonderful experience. I usually dread buying cars, but the Jim Ellis staff made it easy. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous. Service: Awful experience. I scheduled an appointment way ahead of time. I planned it purposefully for when I wouldn't need my truck. After getting my truck, they informed me I scheduled an appointment way ahead of time. I planned it purposefully for when I wouldn't need my truck. After getting my truck, they informed me they could not service my truck for five days. What is the point of an appointment? It was warranty work, so they probably just didn't want to do it. Choose another dealership. More
