The representative did a great job assessing my needs and wants, and promised that someone from Sales would be in touch the next morning. Kenny Clark reached out via email first-thing, and the rest is car-buying history. Kenny was a wonderful listener, and quickly identified the perfect car for me. He made the negotiation process simple and fair, and had the car ready to go when I arrived this morning to do paperwork. Jim Kmetzsch in Finance was friendly and fast, and had things wrapped up 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Debbie Millis in Service made scheduling the installation of the spoiler I added on a breeze. Couldn't ask for a better car-buying experience. I look forward to working with the entire team again next year when I swap out my 2015 Lexus RX 350 for a brand-new one! More
