It took only few minutes for Geoff to recognize the source of the noise and gave us the cost of repair. Based on this information we examined the possibility of trading in the car for a new one. Ken Lucas was our salesman from last year where he did a great job, so we called him to discuss the trade in and buying a new E300. Again he did an excellent job in showing us what we need and it was an easy choice to select the car we liked. He and Nick then took on the hard job of explaining the difference between leasing and buying and going over the lease contract answering all my questions even those that did not make any sense. I thank them for their patience working with us to make a decision to buy or lease. We decided to buy and every think went very smooth from there.
