Purchase Ken was assigned to us by your incredible manager. He took us on two test drives. One E400 sedan and then E400 convertible. Went home and with hi Ken was assigned to us by your incredible manager. He took us on two test drives. One E400 sedan and then E400 convertible. Went home and with his help made a decision to purchase the E 400 convertible. We love the car! My husband called Ken for help with the programming of the vehicle. He came out to us to give us the information we needed. He is very kind, patient and very well groomed. Would and have already recommended him to our friends.
