I was looking online across the whole country for a Ford Conversion Van for months. We had one in the past and it made traveling so much more comfortable. I couldn't sleep one night and used my phone to s Conversion Van for months. We had one in the past and it made traveling so much more comfortable. I couldn't sleep one night and used my phone to search yet again. An ad came up on a general car search site, it was perfect and it said it was a the Mercedes Benz dealer 10 miles from my house. The next day I called MB of Naples, I waited a long time for the used car salesman to answer the phone. I asked him if he had the Ford van that I saw advertised online, he said to me "Ma'am do you realize you are calling Mercedes Benz of Naples?". Next I decided to email the Bonita Springs MB instead of calling. Ken responded the same day, sent us all the information about the vehicle so we could review it at home. The soonest we could come in was Labor Day, Ken was there, the van was perfect, he took care of all the details and we drove it home the same day. My husband could not be happier with the great deal and superior customer service. I am thrilled we found the perfect vehicle so close to home. PS we had purchased our last two vehicles from MB of Naples. We will go to MB of Bonita Springs from now on. More

My experience working with Ken Lucas from Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs was seamless and first class. I traveled from out of state to purchase my Porsche and he made sure that I had video of exterior and of Bonita Springs was seamless and first class.
