Being short statue, this was essential for my satisfaction of the vehicle. Not only am I satisfied, I love it. I have purchased over 30 vehicles during my lifetime. However, this is the first time I have ever made a long distance purchase. My original plan was to fly to the dealership, inspect and test drive th However, this is the first time I have ever made a long distance purchase. My original plan was to fly to the dealership, inspect and test drive the vehicle, finalize the contract, pay and drive my baby home. However, Hurricanes and COVID negated that plan.... .So for the first time in my life and with great trepidation, I bought my car sight unseen - relying exclusively on my Sales Representative's assurances. Needless to say, I incurred criticism from the gambit of family, colleagues and friends. Inexplicably, I trusted my Sales Representative, signed the contract, put my check in the dealership-provided express envelope and mailed the packet. My vehicle arrived at my home four days later in pristine condition. From now on, my family and I will be purchasing all of our future vehicles from Ken Lucas and from Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs. The whole experience was excellent. I stopped going to Mercedes of Naples because their sales dept. is terrible! Bought my wife a E 450 wagon in June from Mercedes of Ft.
