I've had my Dodge ram serviced at this facility the entire time I have owned it. Purchased new and have had it for almost 100,000 miles. While the service advisors have always been fairly friendly, I a entire time I have owned it. Purchased new and have had it for almost 100,000 miles. While the service advisors have always been fairly friendly, I also find them to be very matter of fact and a touch non-understanding when it comes to customer care. The last two times I have been to the dealership for any major service are great examples. I have always made appointments and did so for the most recent visits. However, I have found that this is simply just a placeholder and that my truck is not even looked at for several days. They do not provide loaner vehicles which is OK but we do not have extra cars. It's difficult enough to find a vehicle or rent one for the time that they will need it to do the actual service. But to put three or four days on the front end of it while the truck is just sitting and waiting in line to be seen is incredibly frustrating. What's more frustrating is that they don't tell you that ahead of time but rather they tell you when you check in for your timeslot and ask, "are you OK with this". After making arrangements to drive over there and get a ride home and finding another vehicle or renting one which is very expensive, you don't have a lot of options as the customer. You either leave it or they take you out of the queue. This recent visit I also experienced delays due to lack of parts and having to wait on parts. In total, my truck was at the facility for a little over 2 1/2 weeks for a few repairs. To add insult to injury, after picking up my vehicle this time I realize that they had not put my truck back together completely on the interior and they did not replace my rubber floor mat that they had clearly removed to get to some wiring. The area under the glove box that they worked on was also sagging and they did not replace the plastic rivets to secure it back to the glove box area. Unfortunately I noticed this all after I had already gotten home with the vehicle. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and combined with my experience back in April I most likely will be switching car brands because I do not want to experience this again. On a positive note, the two courtesy drivers that I have had that took me home we're both incredibly nice and professional gentlemen. They were a pleasure to talk to and we had great conversations in the car. I did speak to the customer satisfaction representative and shared some of this feedback. She was very nice as well. But I've never had anybody in leadership reach out to me with some of these concerns and to help make it right. They seem like they have more business than they know what to do with which probably prohibits them from really giving a lot of thought or care into a situation like mine. I'm just one more customer. An unhappy one. I never receive this type of experience at Ford or any other manufacturer dealership that I have dealt with over the years. I made an on-line appt shortly before showing up. Apparently doesn't pop up until I asked Kendrick if it was showing up. He was good to work with. Everything done as ordered. I called at 5:30 pm to see if done as I had not heard anything, and he advised it was finished, but I had no call notifying me. And then only had 30 mins to get there to pick it up before you close at 6:00 pm. Also, the Service specials section of your dealership website listed a half price oil change after 2:00 pm. Kendrick advised that management had suspended all coupons and offers on service. The offer said expires 7/30/25. Probably should change that website if you don't want to honor that offer. My vehicle was purchased there and all service has been done by Olathe Dodge. More
