We had some horrible experiences with Honda dealerships. (North City Honda and Honda of Kenosha). We were lied to in emails, from salesman, and even Managers (Honda of Kenosha). We were in the market to buy a used vehicle and if we hadn't run across Ken Negley at Valley Honda, we very well may have bought somewhere else, regardless of price and need. Ken was friendly, straightforward, and listened to what we wanted, needed, and helped us to not only buy new instead of used, but we bought 2 brand new Honda HRVs instead of 1. We drove an hour and a half out of our way to see Ken and to get to Valley Honda, but worth every minute. By far the cleanest and friendliest car dealer we have ever seen, so impressive. Thank you Ken for all of your hard work, you took us from almost leaving Honda forever, and instead buying 2 brand new vehicles from you. Great job! Mari Frank in the Finance department also rocked not only 1 set of all those documents, but 2. Overall experience was 10 out of 10. Valley will get all of our referrals from now on. More

Ken Negley reached out to me with a personalized video of himself with the vehicle that I was interested in. I thought that was very nice. He also gave me a very good price. Mike Kijanowski kept me informed about the status of the parts. But when I made the appointment he made it seem like it was such a big deal to provide me with a loaner. Just picked up our Odyssey Elite Friday. We reached out to 4 different dealers. Got pricing and worked with Ken Negley. Decided on another dealership closer to our house since we thought everything was the to 4 different dealers. Got pricing and worked with Ken Negley. Decided on another dealership closer to our house since we thought everything was the same. One big difference was Ken had what we wanted on order and being built. Other dealer said they had one coming but that ended up falling through. Ken stayed in touch with us and said all we had to do was put $500 down that was refundable if we didn’t like it when it came in! We did and sure enough we got it and love it. Ken and Valley Honda did everything they said they were going to do and we got what we wanted at the price we wanted. Thank you Ken Negley and Valley Honda!
