Took my car for Service B and found I needed to replace my engine belts. Did all that and brought car home and noticed a puddle under car in my garage. Took it back to Autohaus and they told me the Radiato my engine belts. Did all that and brought car home and noticed a puddle under car in my garage. Took it back to Autohaus and they told me the Radiator has sprung a leak and was probably caused by me driving over something on the road which I did not. I had no choice but to replace it at a cost of $2K. Asked for a 50% discount as I felt it happened at the shop from previous repairs done. Only got $400 off due to being a 10 year customer. Disappointed as I felt should have been at no charge as it happened after major repair at shop. More

Each of the individuals who I am familiar with and have worked with, are the reasons I am taking this survey. Each one in their capacity, has proven to be the reason why I am taking this survey. Not only are they personable, knowledgeable and always easy to deal with, they always go out of their way to resolve any issues.+ That is why I will be very disappointed if I have to make the decision to go elsewhere. The Mercedes labor and repair prices, have become beyond the realm of normal. The amount of money I have spent on service, both regular and extraordinary, is ridiculous and outrageous. I have reached the limit, and beyond. However, your dealership is lucky to have the staff in the service department that you do employ, and I am quite confident that they are a major reason for customers returning. I actually referred a customer last year who did come in and I told them whom to ask for in the service department, and they did leave that day with a new Mercedes off the floor. More

I just bought the car and did not need all the works and definitely did not need new wiper blades and they did not put any fluid in the window washer tank! Believe me when I say personnel friendly But I f definitely did not need new wiper blades and they did not put any fluid in the window washer tank!
