Regular 40,000 mile service plus extra work I always receive great service from Autohaus on Edens and Service Writer Ken Dunaway who handles my account. In this case, I was met immediately at my car when I drove in to one of the service bays by Mr. Dunaway. The order was prepared quickly and I was on my way in a short time with a 2019 low mileage (3,000 miles) loaner of the same model S as my vehicle. As always, I received a text estimate soon after and the final bill did not exceed the estimate. My car was ready when promised. More

Excellence and Ease The service department at Autohaus is Superior! I’ve been in other local Mercedes dealerships and two things consistently happen. No one is available The service department at Autohaus is Superior! I’ve been in other local Mercedes dealerships and two things consistently happen. No one is available to Check you in and no one keeps you informed as to how long service will take. I own a Sprinter purchased at another Mercedes dealership because Autohaus does not sell them and it’s been there over 50 days without an adequate explanation for the delay. I’ve been there on occasions where no one is available to check you in foe 20 to 30 minutes. Autohaus has the customer service you expect from a Mercedes dealership everyone is pleasant, no issues with service for over 5 years now. Highly recommend! More
