My wife and I have purchased another vehicle from Eddie Terrell‘s Northpark Nissan. From the moment we entered the door and met our salesman of more than 18 years Kenny Bordelon and then test driving sever Terrell‘s Northpark Nissan. From the moment we entered the door and met our salesman of more than 18 years Kenny Bordelon and then test driving several vehicles and selecting a 2024 Titan, Kenny‘s professionalism has always been exceptional, and proved to be the right choice again buying from him at Nissan Northpark. The whole experience was actually pleasant. They work with us at every stage, Craig Pesses the General sales manager gave us valuable input that complemented Kenny bordelon sales process. Craig was an asset to the purchase experience and gave us exceptional service. My experience with the service department has been nothing less than exceptional. Steve Jackson has been there many years and like a fine wine he only gets better at his profession. Last, but not least Kevin Kelley in finance was very patience, and answered every question, he was respectful of us and we never felt pressured in any way.
